A Few Pics

From our last few weeks of summer.

Yoyo is totally in love with this little girl from his dayhome.

We took a quick day trip out to Calgary to attend Afrikadey

Which meant, of course, that we got to spend some time with this little sweetie too!

Dinosaurs!!!

Dinosaurs are Yoyo's new obsession. Last weekend we took him to the new Jurassic Park that opened just outside of the city. They have life-size dinosaurs that are on sensors and move and make noise when you get close. It's actually really well done. When we first got there Yoyo was a little apprehensive, but surprisingly he was soon completely fascinated...to the point that it was almost getting annoying.


The beginning...not too sure what to think of these big ugly things.


But once the dinosaurs were out of reach it was a whole different story.

And no, the kid doesn't smile when the camera is out...but he really is a happy, silly, funny little boy!

Here we are trying to leave but Yoyo did NOT want to say good-bye to his new dino-buddies. And ironically, it's dinosaur-week at the babysitter's, so he's been doing dinosaur crafts and learning all about these massive creatures.
